SR Fax is undeniably a great tool for managing clinic faxes. However, there have been occasional instances where it inexplicably stops syncing with the designated computer folder linked to Main Care Clinic. This hiccup can be frustrating and disrupt our operations.

So far, the main issues I´ve had have been interruptions through the fax line, but resending at a later date usually always resolves the problem. The other problem I´ve had was resolved/worked on immediately. Very friendly staff and responsive. I like the service and it´s really easy to use. Thanks SRFax.
